Service Fees and Terms of Service

Below are our itemized pricing and estimated costs for service calls and training. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to Tracee or provide your details, and we will be happy to give you an estimate.

Invoices are determined by three elements,

Service, Travel, and Lodging.

To calculate the total, combine the Service Rate, Travel Rate, and Lodging Rate.

SERVICE RATE:

SERVICE CALL: $240.00
SERVICE RATE PER HOUR: $120.00 per hour billed to the next Quarter hour. We have a Two hour minimum.

TRAVEL RATE:

$1.00: per mile, round trip, shown on the invoice as $2.00 in one-way mileage.

• Round Trip Mileage as determined by Google Maps.

• Shared Trips: 250 miles or more away I may be able to split the cost of travel between the customers involved in the Trip if they are in the same area.

• I have a coupon for Travel cost. You may qualify for a discount on your travel cost.

LODGING RATE:

$150.00 per night:

• When overnight stays are required a Lodging Fee may be charged.

• Lodging may be required if the Travel Time and Time of service is over 8 hours.

• Lodging may be required if you are over 250 miles away.

• Lodging may be required if you are on a scheduled trip with other customers.

• This rate may be higher if the rates of the hotels in the area exceed the Lodging Rate. (Football/Baseball games, event rates etc...)

Notes:

• Please call if you have questions and for a definite estimate.

• 1 - 250 miles one way = I cannot share Travel Rates and or Lodging Rates on trips less than 250 miles away.

• 250 - and over = Sharing Travel Rates may be possible depending on location and distance between customers.

Information on payments.

• Full Payment is due AT THE TIME OF SERVICE unless prior arrangements have been made.

• A $50 fee will apply to all returned checks.

• We add a percentage to the cost of parts to cover re-stocking, processing, and handling.

• 3% Credit /Bank Card processing fee

• We accept cash, check, and credit card/bank card as payment. We also use Square, Paypal, Venmo, Zelle.

PHONE SUPPORT:

• $120.00 per hour.

• Initial consultation - 1st quarter hour is free.

• $120.00 per hour - billed to the next quarter hour.

• We use Zoom. I need prior notice to set it up.

Shop Services:

AJST performs some shop services where we work on machines and machine parts in our shop.

• SHOP RATE: $120.00 per hour

PARTS, SUPPLIES, AND ACCESSORIES:

Since we work on a variety of machine brands, maintaining a comprehensive inventory of parts is not feasible. We aim to diagnose your machine prior to servicing it to identify the necessary parts before our visit.

If parts are required for your service, we can provide you with the name and part number so you can order them and have them ready for your next service.

We do not receive discounts when ordering parts. To compensate for the time spent managing parts, we add a percentage to cover our efforts, returns, and billing. Additionally, there may be re-stocking, processing, and handling fees if parts are not used.

Service Fee for ordering parts:

• $25.00 for parts $0.01 -$99

• 25% for parts $100 -$499

• 15% for parts $500 - $1499

• 10% for parts $1500 - or more

Air Travel:

We travel anywhere in the United States. This section gives my Air Travel Cost. Payment in full is required before the flight can be booked. Adjustments may be made after the service date. There are four separate charges for Air Travel:

AIR SERVICE CALL: Service call $120.00 per hour. We have a four-hour minimum Air Travel. $120.00 per hour after first four hours.

HOURLY FLIGHT RATE: $50.00 per hour for actual flight time including one hour before flight, waiting at airport, during layovers, driving rental car.

AIR FARE: This is the cost of the Air Fare.

AIR TRAVEL DAILY RATE: $400.00 per day. This price is charged for each day from departure to return. Covers hotel, car rental, fuel, airport parking, baggage fees, food, and other expenses.

DIGITIZING: We can digitize your logo or design into a format for our embroidery machine, or you can take the design to your embroiderer.

EMBROIDERY DIGITIZING: One time cost per design.

• $30.00: minimum.

  • Full Chest logo - 10" X 10"

  • Left chest Logo - 4.5" X 4.5"

  • Cap. - 2.3" X 4.5"

• $20.00 - $25.00 for small detail designs.

• $15.00 for name or monogram.

• $30.00: for first 10,000 stitches + $3.00 per 1000 stitches for any stitches over 10,000 stitches.

EMBROIDERY:

We provide you quality apparel at competitive prices. We can embroider your logo on your shirts, bags, or caps.

• $20.00 minimum per item for under 12 items.

• $15.00 minimum on names or monograms.

• $1.00 Per 1000 stitches. For items over 20,000 stitches.

• There are discounts for embroidery on items we supply and also for quantity 12 or more items.

EMBROIDERY (CUSTOMER SUPPLIED ITEMS):

You supply the item we can do the embroidery.

• $20.00 minimum per item for under 12 items.

• $15.00 minimum on names or monograms.

• $1.00 Per 1000 Stitches. For items over 20,000 stitches.

• There are discounts on embroidery for quantity 12 or more items.

FONT DIGITIZING:

We will digitize your font and provide it in ESA format to work with your Wilcom and Hatch Embroidery software. We can also digitize it as a .DST file or convert it to most other embroidery-based stitch files. Please call for pricing.

• Upper case letters = 26 characters

• Lower case letters = 26 characters

• Numbers 0-9 = 10

• additional characters , . ? - = + ! &@ # $ % ” : ; ` = 16 Characters
