Be Prepared for your Service:
There are a few things you can do to help prepare for your service appointment.
Order any parts you think might be needed for the service and repair. While I carry some parts, I service so many machine brands that maintaining a comprehensive inventory is challenging.
Please have a chair available so I can work at eye level with the rotary hook, as getting up and down is not as easy for me anymore.
Ensure the machine is threaded. While I don't mind threading your machine, having it ready can save time during the service.
Have a hoop prepared for the sew-out, one for each head. I use an H-test in a 5.5-inch (15 cm) hoop with cut-away backing.
Lastly, for a thorough service, I need access to the rear of the machine.

Parts Information
Nothing is more frustrating than having a technician show up at your business, take a quick look, and tell you they need to order parts. This delays the repair, adds return service costs, and increases downtime, making it all more expensive. To avoid this, I’ve put together a list of the most common parts and potential replacements for a machine.
I call it the Emergency Repair Kit. I recommend ordering one for each head, although you likely won’t need every item in each set. This list includes the most frequently replaced parts during machine service and makes a great spare parts kit to keep on hand.
You know your machine best, so if trimming isn’t an issue, you might skip the knife sets. If you haven’t replaced the rotary hooks since purchasing the machine, you may want to order all four. And if you don’t need new needles, you can leave those out.
Always consult your parts supplier and manual to ensure you get the correct parts for your machine.
