Your phone calls are important to us:

Your phone calls and email are important to us but we are a small operation. Tracee and I have 7 grandchildren that keep us very occupied.

Tracee handles all of my scheduling and office work including the phone calls, Text and email correspondence. Some of the places I go have poor phone and internet reception and I miss calls. When I am working on someone’s machine I don’t like to use their time to field calls.

With this in mind we really do want your business and will do our best to help you with your service and questions. We try to adhere to the following guidelines.

 Phone Contact:

• Tracee is your contact person for all things concerning business.
• She is usually available from 9-5 EST, Monday through Friday.
• Please leave a message and we will try to return your call by the end of the next business day.
• Holidays, after hours, and weekend calls may be returned the following work day. We do work some holidays and weekends so leave a message and we will call you when we can.

Texting:

• My fingers are too big and my brain too small to text. I have long ago abandoned all hope of texting and leave that to the young folks.
• Tracee is a texting demon. She responds with unerring accuracy and the dexterity of a 16 year old.
• Please feel free to contact us (Tracee) by texting. I leave that expertise to my lovely wife.

Email Contact:

• Available anytime.
• We will try to return your email by the end of the next business day during the work week.
• Most of the time we can respond within 24 hours
• Sometimes I have horrible and slow internet connections, or I am traveling most of the day, so I apologize in advance if it takes a couple of days to get back to you.
   

PAYMENTS:

• Full Payment is due AT THE TIME OF SERVICE.
• We accept cash, check, credit card and debit card as payment.
• We process payments through:

  • PayPal
  • Venmo
  • Zelle
• There is a 3% Credit /Bank Card processing fee
• There is a $50 fee on all returned checks.
• When we order parts we add a percentage to the cost of parts to cover processing, handling, returns, and re-stocking.
